Steps 

 Share a fillable form  

1. Open the Writer fillable template that you wish to share.
   
2. On the left pane, go to the Automate tab > Finish.
   
3. Click Share to Fill to launch the Share dialog. You can also click the Share button located at the top right corner to open the Share dialog.

1. Share to users within your organization
   
1. Select "Fill as a form" as access level, enter the email address of users to whom you wish to share the form, and click Share.
   
2. Share to users without a Zoho account with OTP
   
1. Select "Fill as a form" as access level, enter the email address of users to whom you wish to share the form, click Share, and confirm.
   
2. This option will email a OTP to the user and as soon as they prove their identity using the OTP, they will be able to access the form.
   
3. Share as an external link (URL)
   
1. Select "Fill as a form" as the access level, and click "New external share link".
   
2. In the external share link dialog that opens, enter a name for the URL, select "Fill as a form" as access level, select the desired controls, and click Create.
   
3. Copy the link and share it with the desired users. You can also use the "Email share link" to email the URL to the desired users directly from the dialog.
   

Publish or embed a fillable form 

1. Open the Writer fillable template that you wish to publish.
   
2. On the left pane, go to the Automate tab --> Finish
   
3. Click "Publish & Embed".
   
4. In the Publish Settings dialog:
   
   
   
   
   
1. To publish a form
   
1. Select whether you wish to publish this form within your organization or anyone on the internet, and click Publish.
   
2. To share the published link on LinkedIn, Thread, or Facebook directly from the dialog, click the Share icon that is shown when you point your mouse over the fillable link field, and select the desired platform.
   
3. Select Automatic Republishing to automatically update the changes made to the form to the published version, and the published form will always be the latest version.
   
2. To embed a form
   
1. Click Embed code, copy the code, and use it on your website.
   

Track form submissions

1. Open the desired Writer fillable template.
   
2. On the left pane, go to the Automate tab > Finish, and click View Submission Log. You will be able to view all the form submissions, along with details such as the submitter's name and time of submission.
