How to track read status of mail merge emails sent via Writer?

To track read status of mail merge emails sent via Writer, do the following:

1. Go to Automate > Choose Output > Merge & Send via email.

2. Now check the Enable read receipts & link tracking option.

3. You can now see the mail merge status under View Logs.

Note:

1. Only users with DKIM enabled will have access to this feature. To learn how to enable DKIM, click here.

2. This feature is only available for mail merge in Writer.
