How to add common attachments to merged documents

Overview

Zoho Writer allows you to add one or more attachments to your mail merge emails. You can add personalized unique  attachments using field variables, so each recipient receives a customized file or  add common attachments to your mail merge template.

Steps

  1. Open your merge template and choose Merge & send via email as the output option.
  2. Click Add attachment > Add common attachment.


  3. Upload the file and click Save.
