What are the various components of Writer's advanced automation builder

Overview 

The advanced automation flow builder of Zoho Writer's merge templates enables you to set up complex document workflows involving multiple templates, conditionally choosing different template(s), multiple output or distribution modes, and more.
The advanced automation flow builder includes the following components which allow you to build workflows using simple drag and drop actions:
  1. Canvas: The pane where you can drag and drop the various elements to build your workflows.
  2. Cards: These are the action points where operations are performed. Based on the operation that they perform, the cards are of differnt types, such as:
    1. Trigger cards: These cards kick off the entire automation workflow whenever an action such as a form submission or a CRM record update, or on-demand, manually.
    2. Process cards: These cards allows you to configure rules based on which the data has to be evaluated and processed, to meet your organization's business workflows.
    3. Filter cards: These cards enable you to set up conditions to filter the data and forward them for further processing.
    4. Route cards: These cards make it possible to pass the entire data or a specific set of data through multiple operation points. At each point only the data that matches the rules configured in that point is processed.
    5. Action cards: These cars allow you to perform the desired operations, such as generating documents, combining documents, sending emails, storing files, or notifying users.
  3. Connectors: These lines connect the various elements of the automation workflow, and specify the direction or steps through which the data must be processed.
The advanced automation flow designer offers actions that you to execute a comprehensive set of document operations to meet your organization's business processes and requirements.
