How to add date based conditional fields in a document

Overview

You can now use conditional logic with date fields to show or hide content based on date comparisons, before or after a certain date, and display values only for records within a specified time window. Here's an example:

Steps

A. Add Date Conditions in Paragraph content

Click Condition under the Advanced Merge Fields section in the toolbar.
In the condition popup, set the field type to Date.
Select the field (e.g., Certificate Date).
Match the date format with the one used in your data source.
Choose from date-specific operators (equals, before, after, between, relative i.e., within last 45 days)

Note : Make sure the field used in condition is of type 'Date'. and input format of date is configured.

B. Add Date Conditions to table rows

1. Place cursor inside the table row that needs to be shown based on condition and choose 'Insert Row condition'

2. In the condition popup, set the field type to Date and Choose the required condition and value
