How do I auto-populate my signature( embedded sign) as the sender?
Overview
Embedded signing enables your customers, or signers, to view and sign documents without leaving the document. When the sign initiator is the primary/first signer and clicks Send for Sign, the initiator is prompted to sign the document from inside document itself. With embedded sending, Zoho Sign offers users the ability to generate a document signing link that can be used by having Zoho Sign embedded to their website or application.
Prerequisites:
- Zoho Sign Enterprise plan is needed
- Option applicable only for Writer Document and Sign Templates and not for Merge Template & Fillable Templates
Steps :
- Open the document you need to sign it yourself
- Go to File -> Sign
