We're working on a Zoho Flow-Writer integration to help you pick template documents from Writer, place merge fields on them and merge it with data from Zoho Services.

 Steps :

●Go to https://flow.zoho.com/

●Click on Create Flow  

●Enter a name for your flow and click on Create  

●Click on Configure from App  

●Search for Creator app from the app trigger list and click on Next  

●Click on "New record" which will trigger an action whenever a new record is added 

in a specific application.  

●Create a new connection between Creator and Flow. Enter a connection name 

and select " All triggers and actions" option and click on Authorize. You will be 

redirected to a new page where you need to click on " Accept"  

●Select your desired Application from the drop down box and click on Done. You 

will now see the Creator trigger part completed.  

●To configure the action for the trigger, search for " Writer" from the left side Apps 

section.  

●Under Zoho Writer, you will see " Create mail merge document". Drag and Drop it 

in the Flow window.  

●From the sidebar that appears on the right, select the merge document (already 

created) in which you want the records to be added.  

●Once selected, you will see the list of fields present in that document. You can 

now place your cursor in each field's text box and map their respective fields in 

Creator form listed in right scroll menu and then click on Done.  

●You will see the flow between Creator and Writer now. Save the flow.
