How to get notified of collaborator edits and comments in Writer documents

Overview

Zoho Writer allows you to receive real-time notifications whenever collaborators make changes to a shared document. By enabling this setting, you stay updated on edits without constantly reopening the document.

Steps

Click Review > Notification settings.
The Email Notifications Settings window will open.
Click the checkbox for the type of notification you want to receive.
Select the Set as default for all new documents checkbox to save the notification rule for all your documents.

Note

You will receive email notifications when your collaborators make any change and you are not active in the document.
