Go to Google Drive
Click the Settings icon
Select Manage Apps
Locate Zoho Writer in the list of connected apps
Click the Options dropdown next to Zoho Writer
Select Disconnect from Drive
Click Disconnect in the confirmation popup
1. Error/Symptom: Zoho Writer not visible in Manage Apps
Ensure that the account used is the one connected to Zoho Writer
2. Error/Symptom: Unable to disconnect the app
Refresh the page and try again
Check if you have the required permissions for the Google account
