Overview

You can disconnect Zoho Writer from your Google Drive account if you no longer want to access or open documents using Writer. Removing the integration ensures that Writer no longer has access to your Google Drive files.

Steps

How to remove Zoho Writer from Google Drive

  1. Go to Google Drive

  2. Click the Settings icon

  3. Select Manage Apps

  4. Locate Zoho Writer in the list of connected apps

  5. Click the Options dropdown next to Zoho Writer

  6. Select Disconnect from Drive

  7. Click Disconnect in the confirmation popup




Troubleshooting

1. Error/Symptom: Zoho Writer not visible in Manage Apps

  • Ensure that the account used is the one connected to Zoho Writer

2. Error/Symptom: Unable to disconnect the app

  • Refresh the page and try again
