Overview

When you import a PDF inside Zoho Writer, it is converted into a regular Writer document allowing you to directly add, edit and format its content just like any Writer or Word document. For detailed steps on how to edit a Writer document, refer to this page.

How to edit PDFs as a Writer document

Import the required PDF document to Zoho Writer in any of these ways:

Go to Zoho Writer dashboard, and click the Upload button and select the file.
Use the Import option in the File menu in Zoho Writer's editor.
Import the PDF document from Zoho WorkDrive. Right click on the desired PDF document in WorkDrive --> "Open With" --> "Zoho Writer (Web)"

Make the required edits.
From the File tab, click the Save As or Download As option, and select PDF format to save or download the updated document as a new PDF.
