How can I track the document engagement on a page-by-page basis

Overview

Engagement insights in Writer is a tracking system that gives you a detailed statistics on your document views and how much time each recipient spent on the document. Use this feature to view per page analytics or to track the statistics for the entire document.

Steps

  1. Open the document and click Tools > Engagement Insights.
  2. In the Engagement Insights panel, track the statistics on who viewed or opened the document and how much time did each one spent per page or on the entire document. 
  3. Also, click on any collaborator name to view the engagement statistics of that particular user.
