Steps to send an attachment from Zoho Writer
- Log in to Zoho Writer and draft the desired content in a new document.
- In the Writer editor, click the Extensions icon located at the right corner of the editor, and click the Zoho Mail extension.

- Choose an email address in the From drop-down.
- Enter the recipient's email address in the To field. Add the Subject and a message in the Mail content field.
- You can either select Pdf or Docx in the File type drop-down.
- If required, select Secure with a password to prevent unauthorized access to your data.
- Select the Send email or Schedule email option based on your requirement.
- If you selected Schedule email, pick a date and time and click Schedule for later button.
