Steps to send an attachment from Zoho Writer 

1. Log in to Zoho Writer and draft the desired content in a new document.
   
2. Select Mail Extension under the Extensions tab from the left pane. The Zoho Mail extension fields appear.
   
   
3. Choose an email address in the From drop-down.
   
4. Enter the recipient's email address in the To field. Add the Subject and a message in the Mail content field.
5. You can either select Pdf or Docx in the File type drop-down.
   
6. If required, select Secure with a password to prevent unauthorized access to your data.
   
7. Select the Send email or Schedule email option based on your requirement.
   
   
8. Click the Send now button.
   
9. If you selected Schedule email, pick a date and time and click Schedule for later button.
