Zoho Meeting Extension to Schedule a meeting from a Document
The integration of Zoho Meeting and Zoho Writer is to enable you to schedule and start virtual meetings directly from within your document. As a prerequisite, the document owner and collaborators will need a Zoho Meeting account and the Zoho Meeting extension.

Highlights
- Create a quick new meeting with the document name as the meeting's topic for document wise discussion
- Join a meeting with key

- View the status of the meeting, that is, a green icon inside Writer is shown when the meeting is live.
- A list of the latest 5 meetings can be viewed on the dashboard.
Who can schedule meetings?
- Document owner can create meetings with collaborators as well as external members.
- Any collaborator with Edit and Share permissions can create meetings with other collaborators as well as external users.
How to create a new meeting?
- Go to Extension > Zoho Meeting
- Click on New meeting. A new meeting with the document collaborators will now be created.

How to schedule a meeting?
- Go to Extensions > Zoho Meeting
- Click on Schedule meeting.
- Enter the necessary details like topic, time, date and duration and then add invitees' email addresses.
- Click Schedule meeting.
How to make the meeting recurring?
- Click on Advanced Options.
- Enter the necessary details and click Schedule meeting.
How to reschedule a scheduled meeting?
- Find the scheduled meeting that you want to reschedule on the dashboard.
- Click on Reschedule and pick an alternative date and time and click Update meeting.
How to join a meeting with key?
- Go to Extensions > Zoho Meeting
- Click on Join meeting with key.
- Enter the credentials and join a meeting.
How to delete a meeting?
- Find the meeting that you want to delete on the dashboard.
- Click More (the three dots on the top right) and click Delete Meeting.
