Can collaborators without a Zoho account, comment and track changes in a document?
Yes, if you're sharing the document to anybody who doesn't have a Zoho account, they can still comment and make changes in the document. Here's how:
1. Once you're ready to share the document with others, click on the Share option from the top right corner of the editor.
2. From the Share dialog box, go to Visibility and select Public on the web with password protection.
3. Now set a password. Using this password collaborators can access the document. You will find various permissions such as Read only, Read/Write, Read/Comment and Read/Fill. You can choose Read/Write as this will let collaborators access and make changes in the document.
4. All you have to do now is share this link to external users and provide them the password as well. Once done, external users with the link will be able to access the document without logging in.
5. if you don't want to include password protection, you can share the document as Public on the web. This way, anyone with the link can access the document.
