How to insert the document creation date or last modified date in a document?

To insert the document creation date or the last modified date of the document, follow the below steps.

Click on the hamburger menu.
Navigate to Fields and click on the dropdown arrow next to Date and choose either Document Last Edited Date or Document Created Date.
