How to Hide and Unhide text in a document?
Hide or un-hide entire sections of text. The text remains a part of the document, but it does not appear unless you choose to display it.
Benefits:
- Print two versions of a document. In one, hide portions of text. You do not need to create two copies or delete any part of the document.
- Want different view of the document for different people to work on without being distracted by unnecessary content.
