Highlights

1. Create a quick new meeting with the document name as the meeting's topic for document wise discussion

Who can schedule meetings?

1. Document owner can create meetings with collaborators as well as external members.
   
2. Any collaborator with Edit and Share permissions can create meetings with other collaborators as well as external users.

How to create a new meeting?

1. Hamburger menu > Extensions Tab > Zoho Meeting
2. Click on New meeting. A new meeting with the document collaborators will now be created.
   
   

How to schedule a meeting?

1. Hamburger menu > Extensions Tab > Zoho Meeting
   
2. Click on Schedule meeting.
   
3. Enter the necessary details like topic, time, date and duration and then add invitees' email addresses.
   
4. Click Schedule meeting.
   
   

How to make the meeting recurring?

1. Click on Advanced Options.
   
2. Enter the necessary details and click Schedule meeting.
   
   

How to reschedule a scheduled meeting?

1. Find the scheduled meeting that you want to reschedule on the dashboard.
   
2. Click on Reschedule and pick an alternative date and time and click Update meeting.
   
   

How to join a meeting with key?

1. Hamburger menu > Extensions Tab > Zoho Meeting
   
2. Click on Join meeting with key.
   
3. Enter the credentials and join a meeting.
   
   

How to delete a meeting?

1. Find the meeting that you want to delete on the dashboard.
   
2. Click More (the three dots on the top right) and click Delete Meeting.
