How can admins block or unblock domains and email addresses

Overview

Zoho Writer allows you to blacklist specific domains or email IDs to prevent sending and receiving emails from those domains or email addresses. You can add or remove the desired domains and emails addresses from the blocked list, from the Admin Console.

Prerequisites

You must be an admin to perform this operation.
You must be using a paid Zoho WorkDrive edition.

Steps

1. Login to Zoho Writer and launch the Admin Panel (Settings --> Manage Org Settings)

2. Go to Configuration --> Mail Settings.

3. In the Blocked Domains tab,

Click the Add Domain button and enter the domain that you wish to block.
To unblock or remove a domain from the blocked list, select the domain and click Remove.

Create. Review. Publish.
