How to add a dynamic link to a text for each recipient in document merge?
Image and text links with dynamic values is useful when you want to send out documents with image/text having unique links for each recipient.
For Example : The words ‘click here’ should have different link address (URL) on every merged document as shown below.
Steps to create dynamic links
- After merging, select the text that needs to have a dynamic text link.
- From the Link dropdown and choose Insert Link.
- Choose the appropriate Merge Fields containing dynamic link values as shown and click Apply.
