How to share document to be filled collaboratively without allowing editing?

To allow collaborators to fill the fields but not alter the original text on the document

Create a document, insert fillable fields.
Click Share at the top right corner of the screen. A dialog box, titled Share Settings, will appear.
Enter the name or email address of the person or group you want to share the file with.
Set the permission level to Edit Field Values.
