How to set up a system where contracts above a certain amount are automatically sent to a Director for signing or approval?
- Open your fillable template, ensuring that you have added the necessary fields for signing.
- In the "On Submission" settings, choose Send for sign collection.
- Configure the sign workflow by adding the Director's name and email.
- Implement an if-else condition based on the contract value. For instance, if the contract value is greater than $10,000, send it to the Director for approval; otherwise, send it to another designated signer.
- Save the configurations.
This setup ensures that contracts are automatically routed to the Director for signing or approval when they exceed the specified amount.
