How to add redirection & send merged document via email on form submit?

To add redirection do the following:

1. Go to Create New > Fillable Template.

2. Once you've created your form with the necessary fillable fields, you're ready to send them out to respondents for them to fill it.

3. Now go to the Automate tab, and under On Submission check the Show custom message & redirection.

4. You can now add the redirection link here. This will take the respondent to that particular page after they have submitted the form.

To send the merged document via email after form submit, do the following:

1. Under On Submission, check the Send via email option.

2. Now add the email addresses of the recipients and other details of the message. You can choose to the send the merged form as an inline message or as an attachment.
