How to group multiple single checkboxes together?

Single & group checkbox fields

A single checkbox field might be used to ask if a user agrees to a certain condition, where the only options are "yes" or "no." In contrast, a grouped checkbox field might be used to ask a user which types of notifications they would like to receive, where there are multiple options such as "email," "text message," and "push notification," and the user can select one or more of these options.

To group multiple single checkboxes together, follow these steps:

Select more than one single checkbox field you have inserted in your fillable template.
Select Convert to checkbox group as shown in the image to merge them into a group.

You can also merge the single checkbox fields from the right-click menu.
