How to remove blank pages in Zoho Writer documents

Blank pages in Zoho Writer often stem from hidden characters or formatting remnants, creating unnecessary gaps in your document. This guide helps you swiftly locate and delete those blank pages with easy-to-follow steps.

Steps to Remove Blank Pages

Option 1: Delete at the Start of Blank Page

Place the cursor at the beginning of a blank page as shown below and click backspace or delete.

Option 2: Delete from the Previous Page

Place the cursor at the end of the page before the blank page that you want to remove and press delete. This will delete any hidden characters that got pushed to the blank page.

Option 3: Delete with Formatting Symbol

Alternatively you can go to Format > Paragraph > Pilcrow(¶) to display all the hidden paragraph marks and page break as shown , and delete the unnecessary formatting. Thereafter you can remove the blank pages, if any.
