How to add two tables adjacent to each other in documents
Overview
Want to display two tables next to each other in Zoho Writer without cramming them or creating awkward spacing? There are two effective methods:
Text Boxes: Insert each table into a separate text box and remove the box borders to neatly align them side by side.
Two-Column Table: Use a single two-cell table, placing one table inside each cell and removing the cell borders for a cleaner layout.
Both approaches give you flexible, visually appealing control over how your tables appear.
Steps
How to add two tables using text boxes
- Go to Insert > Text Box.
- Insert a table within the text box.
- Insert another text box with a table.
- Choose the text boxes' border as None if you wish to.
How to add tables using a two-column table
- Go to Insert > Table.
- Insert a table with a single row and two columns.
- Insert two tables within the inserted two columns and choose the table's border as None.
