How to add text to page margin in Zoho Writer

Overview

Zoho Writer does not currently provide a direct option to insert text into the page margins. However, you can achieve this by using a text box. This workaround allows you to place custom text (such as notes, labels, or side content) within the margin area of your document.

Steps

Go to the Insert pane and select Text Box. A text box will appear on the page.
Type or paste your content into the text box.
Use the formatting options to customize the font, size, and style.
Drag the text box to the margin area of the page (top, bottom, left, or right).
For precise placement, click the text box, set the position relative to the desired margin.
