Admin users can purchase the add-on by following the below steps:
1. Click on your User profile at the top right corner of the editor.
If you're using Writer from any other integrated Zoho service (ZohoCRM, People, Recruit, Projects or Qntrl), then please open the document in that service before proceeding with step 1.
2. Now, click on the Admin Panel under User Profile.

- Go to Writer Dashboard > Select the respective Service Organisation from which you are using Writer > then, Click 'Continue to Writer Admin Panel'.
3. Go to the Subscription tab on the left panel > Upgrade > Choose the respective plan and subscribe to it.
How to subscribe to Fixed Billing Plan?
1. In the pop-up that talks about the different billing types available, choose Fixed Billing and click Continue.
2. You will be taken to the Zoho Store page. From the Automation Credits dropdown, select required no:of credits/month based on the usage.
3. Enable the Docufiller Add-On checkbox if required. This is applicable only for Zoho WorkDrive service. 4. Then, click Continue to enter your payment details and complete the purchase.
How to subscribe to Flexible Billing Plan?
1. In the pop-up that talks about the different billing types available, choose Flexible Billing and click Continue.
2. You will be taken to the Zoho Store page. From the Automation Credits dropdown, choose Flexible Billing.
3. Enable the Docufiller Add-On checkbox if required. This is applicable only for Zoho WorkDrive service. 4. Then, click Continue to enter your payment details and complete the purchase.
Flexible Plan allows you to set an upper threshold for your organisation to avoid any unanticipated bulk merges that may result in higher bills than expected for a given month.
How to set a maximum limit to avoid excessive billing in Flexible Plan?
1. Go to Admin Panel > Subscriptions tab
2. Find you current max. limit under the plan details card.
3. To set a new max. usage limit, click on the Edit icon next to the limit value.
4. In the pop-up that follows, enter the new max. usage limit for your organisation. You can set the limit up to 90000.
1. Even if your maximum limit is set to 10,000 credits/month, you will only be charged for the credits you've consumed.
2. The max. usage limit can be changed anytime, for any number of times. It does NOT involve any additional costs.
1. Members of the organisation need to contact their admin to purchase this add-on.
2. All users in your organisation can access the Writer Automation add-on once subscribed. The add-on is NOT restricted based on the number of users.
