How to fix cursor misalignment while editing?
A possible reason could be that the content gets loaded before the web fonts present in the document is downloaded. And when this happens, Writer renders the document with alternate fonts, thereby affecting the cursor position.
The following workarounds can help solve the issue.
#1: Reload the document and also make sure that your internet is connected.
#2: Clearing browser cache:
Please clear your browser cache and try reloading the document.
To clear cache for Safari browsers: Use the shortcut key [ Alt+Command+E for Mac platform] to clear the cache and try reloading the document.
To clear cache for Chrome browsers: Access Clear Browsing data [ Cmd+Shift+Delete for mac / Ctrl+Shift+Delete for windows ] and enable the checkbox Cached Images and Files and click Clear Data.
