What to do if Offline mode is not working in my Firefox browser?

1. Open your Firefox browser and click More options in the top right corner of your screen.

2. Select the Preferences option. In the preferences page, go to the Privacy & Security Tab on the left menu

3. Now, go to the Cookies and Site Data section and click Manage Permissions.

4. In the Exceptions - Cookies and Site Data pop-up, enter the Writer domain and click Allow. The Writer domain will now be added to the exception list. Click Save Changes.

5. Once the above preferences are set, reload the Writer's dashboard page. Make sure you have proper internet connection (for offline resources to be cached, please wait until the tab is opened for at least a minute).
