What is the purpose of the lock icon in Writer UI?

Earlier, we used to hide or disable the features inside the Writer UI based on the users permission to access that particular document. In this case, users might not have the clue on why few features are not available. 

Hence, we have introduced the lock icon in Writer UI for better user experience. It will help the users who don't have permission to access specific features in that particular Writer document. When the users tries to access the locked feature, we will throw the 'Insufficient Permissions' message pop-up as shown below. 

For example:

1. If the document owner has shared the document to another user with 'edit' permission, he/she will see the lock icon for specific features (like Publish, Combine Revisions, etc.,). If the user wanted to access these locked features, he/she needs to contact the document owner to grant the permission.
   
2. If the organisation admin has restricted few feature access (like Download, Share, Publish, etc,), then those features will be locked. In this case, he/she needs to contact the organisation admin to grant the permission.
   

Restricting the 'Download' feature will also lock/disable the 'Print' and 'Email As Attachment' options.
