permission while using copy/paste

Why does Writer ask for permission while using copy/paste?

if you are using the Keyboard shortcut, Writer won’t ask for any permission. However, if you are using the toolbar Copy/paste option, then Writer will ask for permission. In Writer, we have used browser extension to archive the toolbar action. 

Please install the Writer Extension for your browser to continue using the copy/paste option from the toolbar.
