How can I share my ZeptoMail account with my colleagues?

You can share your account with your colleagues by assigning them one of the three user levels — postmaster, engineer and viewer. 
  1. Postmaster - Admin. Has complete access to all the features and operations.
  2. Engineer - Agent-level privileges. Has complete access to the Agents they are assigned to. 
  3. Viewer - View only. Cannot perform any operation and can merely view data in the account.
