It is mandatory to verify your domains in ZeptoMail by completing DKIM and CNAME authentication. This will prevent spammers from misusing your account to send unsolicited emails. 

DKIM signed emails help recipients identify if your emails are altered in transit. While CNAME verifies the return-path address or your bounce address.
