How can I review my account?

Account review in ZeptoMail is done to ensure that your email-sending goals align with ZeptoMail's transactional email-only policy. This helps us maintain a good sender reputation and offer the best service for your business. 

To review your account:
  1. Find the Customer Validation form from the left pane and answer the questionnaire available in it. 
  2. Submit the form to us, and our team will evaluate the information.
  3. If everything is in place, we will mark your account as reviewed, and you will also receive an email confirmation for it. 

In some cases, we might require extra information related to your account usage or setup, for which we would request you to answer additional questions. Once you answer them, we will review your account.
