What is a Mail Agent?

Mail Agents are used to group or organize your different email-sending channels. The method in which you categorize is upto your discretion. The most common ways in which the separation can be done are :

The different emails sent, like - welcome emails, password reset emails, security codes like OTPs and more.
Businesses a user owns : one Mail Agent to manage emails sent from each application.

Each Mail Agent has its unique API and SMTP channel, ensuring a deeper separation. You can associate the desired domain to each Mail Agent to carry out email sending.
