Can I send marketing emails / newsletter/ promotional emails with ZeptoMail?
No. Zoho ZeptoMail is a dedicated platform for sending transactional only emails that are triggered by an event. We block the sending of bulk emails like marketing, promotional, and newsletters. Bulk emails are unsolicited in nature unlike transactional emails which are user triggered or event triggered. So there is a higher possibility of bulk emails to land in spam and ISPs to downgrade the reputation for bulk email sending IPs. Transactional emails send via our IPs have a higher deliverability.
