Why is my contact image for the emails sent by me displayed as a question mark on Gmail client?

When you configure your domains with ZeptoMail it is mandatory to complete the SPF and DKIM authentication. Sometimes the DKIM records added for your DNS can be altered or removed due to several reasons. For eg., when you transfer your domains to a new DNS provider.

If you find that Gmail client is displaying a question mark instead of your brand logo, it will be because your DKIM records were not found in the DNS.

Add the DKIM records for your domain once again before sending further emails. If the issue persists, send an email to support@zeptomail.com.
