2021
― Configuring suggestions to a followup prompt
While prompting for a followup, now it is possible to provide runtime suggestions for the user to choose from. Learn how to configure suggestions to a followup prompt.
While displaying the output, now it is possible to provide buttons along with the output. The custom buttons can be configured in the Execution function, and their business logic can be configured in the Button click function. Learn how to configure custom buttons in output cards.
― New param types introduced
The 'File' and 'Amount' param types are added newly, and a few param types were renamed. Learn more about the available param types.

― Introducing Bots module
Developers can now create, modify the bots, and manage their skills under the Bots module.
― Markdown syntaxes revamped
The markdown syntaxes for formatting the text messages in the execution function are revamped for better standardization. Read more to know about the available markdown syntaxes.
― Supporting webhooks to handle actions
The business logic of the actions can now be defined in any programming language of your choice, store them on any server, and configure its appropriate webhook in Zia Skills.
2019
― Selective deployment of actions
While deploying the actions to production, now it is possible to select and deploy only those actions that you wish to deploy. Unselected actions will not be deployed. Learn how to deploy your actions.
― Defining dynamic followups in runtime
The dynamic followups for an action now can be defined in the runtime using the Execution function. Learn how to define dynamic followups in runtime.
― Separate development & production environments
In order to make changes to deployed actions seamlessly without affecting the existing usage, separate Development and Production environments are provided in Zia Skills. Any changes that you make will happen only in the Development environment by default and all changes can be tested thoroughly here. Once everything is ready, the changes can be deployed to the Production environment.
― Zia Skills for Zoho SalesIQ
Zia Skills developer platform is launched for Zoho SalesIQ to define the abilities and business logic of a Zobot in Zoho SalesIQ.
― Zia Skills for ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus Cloud
Zia Skills developer platform is launched for ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus Cloud, so now it is possible to customize or add more abilities to Zia present in ServiceDesk Plus Cloud.
