Overview

1. Navigate to Engagement > Funnel.
   
2. Click on Add Goal to add goals for your users in the funnel.

1. Add the Goal Name
   
2. Select the Category Type, i.e., screen-based or event-based.
   

Screen-based funnel flow

1. Select the Platform for which you are creating the funnel flow.
   
2. Click on Add Goal under create flow.
   
3. Add a Step Name for the first step.
   
4. Select the Screen Name that you want to associate with this step from the drop-down.
   

NOTE: You can create a Goal with a minimum of two steps and a maximum of 10 steps.

1. Once you are done adding similar steps to the goal, click on Create Goal and the goal will be added to the goals list.
   

Event-based funnel flow

1. Click on Add Goal under create flow.
   
2. Add a Step Name for the first step.
   
3. Select the Event Group from the drop-down.
   
4. Select the Event Name from the selected Event Group that you want to associate with the step from the drop-down.
   

NOTE: You can create a Goal with a minimum of two steps and a maximum of 10 steps.

Funnel Analysis

1. Click on the individual goal in the Goals List to get the data.
   
2. The overview page of the goal gives you insights into the total number of devices, the number of times funnel has been accessed, the conversion count, and the drop-off rate.
   

1. Click on individual tabs to get details based on various attributes and filter the data by platform, brand, OS and app version, bundle id, device model and type, and country.

1. Devices: The total number of devices that have used the flow you created for the goal.
2. Total count: The total number of times the flow has been accessed.
3. Conversion count: The total number of users who completed the goal till the last step.
4. Drop-off Rate: The total percentage of users who dropped off from the previous steps in the goal.
