Overview
Screens are the content that your users see and interact with in your app and they include UI elements, fragments, view controllers, etc. Screen tracking helps you find answers to questions like how long users stay on each screen, which screens users visit more often, which screens require enhancements, and much more.
In Apptics, screens can be tracked automatically with simple SDK-side configurations during the initial setup or tracked manually after initializing Apptics' analytics SDK. Once the screens start getting tracked, you will be able to see the list of all the screen tracked for your app in the Apptics console.
Analyze screens in Apptics console
- Navigate to Engagement > Screens.
- Get an overview with stats like the total number of screens and active devices for the selected date range.
- Below the stats, you will see the list of all the screens tracked for your app and includes details like the platform, the total number of screen visits, active devices, and the average time spent on the screen.
- You can click on the individual screen to drill down deeper insights on the screen across the default attributes like brands, platforms, app versions, OS/browser versions, device models, device types, and countries.
Manage screens
Edit screens
You can edit difficult-to-understand screen names with simpler display names for better understanding.
