Session Tracking in Zoho Apptics
Overview
A session measures the time in which a user interacts with your app. A session is triggered once a user opens your app and runs it in the foreground until the app is closed or pushed to the background.
Each session records the duration and frequency of user interactions within the app.
- Navigate to Engagement > Sessions.
- A list of all the sessions that have happened will be available in the sessions dashboard.
- The session list will provide details such as the platform in which the session happened, the total session count, the total session duration, minimum and maximum session duration, and the average session duration for the selected date range.
- Click on the individual tabs or use the Filter to get a detailed view of the session based on various attributes such as brand, platform, bundle id, app and OS version, device type and model, and country.
