Jira integration in Zoho Apptics

Overview

Jira integration lets you convert real-time app crashes and non-fatal issues into Jira issues directly from Zoho Apptics. This helps development and QA teams track, prioritise, and resolve issues efficiently within their existing Jira workflows.

Integrating Atlassian Jira with Zoho Apptics

  1. Navigate to Project Settings > Integrations and click on Atlassian Jira.


  1. Click on Configure, and you will be redirected to Atlassian’s sign-in page for authentication.
  2. In the Jira Integration page, choose the application ID for which you want to enable Jira integration.
  3. Choose the Jira site you want to integrate and accept the integration request.



  1. Once the verification is complete, your Jira site will be successfully integrated with Zoho Apptics.

Configuring Jira Integration in Apptics for Crashes

  1. In the Jira integration page, select the application ID for which you want to enable the integration.
  2. You will see the available configuration options for Crashes and Non-fatal modules 
  3. Click Config and map the Jira site, project, and issue type for creating crash reports.


  1. Click Save, and you have successfully configured Jira integration for the crashes module

Note: Only the portal admin, the project manager, and the development lead can configure Jira integration in Apptics.
