Microsoft Teams integration with Zoho Apptics

The Microsoft Teams integration in Zoho Apptics allows you to receive real-time alerts directly in your Teams channels for critical events such as crashes and in-app feedback. This helps your team stay informed and respond quickly without needing to monitor the Apptics dashboard constantly.

Integrating Microsoft Teams with Zoho Apptics

You can setup the integration in two simple steps:
  1. Get webhook URL from Microsoft Teams.
  2. Add it in Apptics web console.

Step1: Get webhook URL from Microsoft Teams

  1. Open Microsoft Teams and navigate to your desired channel.
  2. Click the three-dot menu (⋯) > Workflows.

  1. Search for webhooks and select Send webhook alert to a channel.

  1. Choose the Team and Channel, click Save.

  1. Copy the webhook link.

Step 2: Configue webhook in Apptics

  1. Navigate to Project settings > Integrations and click on Microsoft Teams.
  2. Select the application ID for which you want to enable Teams integration.
  3. Paste the webhook URL and provide a name for reference. 

  1. Select the required notifications that you would like to receive and click Save.

Note: Only the portal admin, the project manager, and the development lead can configure Microsoft Teams integration in Zoho  Apptics.
