Microsoft Teams integration with Zoho Apptics

Integrating Microsoft Teams with Zoho Apptics
You can setup the integration in two simple steps:
- Get webhook URL from Microsoft Teams.
- Add it in Apptics web console.
Step1: Get webhook URL from Microsoft Teams
- Open Microsoft Teams and navigate to your desired channel.
- Click the three-dot menu (⋯) > Workflows.
- Search for webhooks and select Send webhook alert to a channel.
- Choose the Team and Channel, click Save.
- Copy the webhook link.
Step 2: Configue webhook in Apptics
- Navigate to Project settings > Integrations and click on Microsoft Teams.
- Select the application ID for which you want to enable Teams integration.
- Paste the webhook URL and provide a name for reference.
- Select the required notifications that you would like to receive and click Save.
Note: Only the portal admin, the project manager, and the development lead can configure Microsoft Teams integration in Zoho Apptics.
