Support email integration in Zoho Apptics

Overview

Support Email helps you to handle the tickets received from In-app Feedback directly through email. Link your support email Id and manage support tickets for your app via email.

Steps to configure support email

  1. Navigate to Project settings > Integrations and click on Support email.

  1. Choose the application ID for which you want to configure support email.
  2. Provide the email ID that you will use to handle support and click Save.

  1. Click on Edit to change the support email ID and click on Remove to disable the support email ID for the chosen application ID.

Note: Only the portal admin, the project manager, and the development lead can configure Support Email in Apptics.
