Support email integration in Zoho Apptics
Overview
Support Email helps you to handle the tickets received from In-app Feedback directly through email. Link your support email Id and manage support tickets for your app via email.
- Navigate to Project settings > Integrations and click on Support email.
- Choose the application ID for which you want to configure support email.
- Provide the email ID that you will use to handle support and click Save.
- Click on Edit to change the support email ID and click on Remove to disable the support email ID for the chosen application ID.

Note: Only the portal admin, the project manager, and the development lead can configure Support Email in Apptics.
