Zoho Cliq Rooms helps you turn your conference room TV into a smart meeting space for seamless collaboration. With Cliq Rooms, you can host and join meetings, manage room availability, and collaborate with hybrid teams directly from your conference room setup.

How to configure a room in the Cliq Admin Panel? 

• You can configure your meeting space in Cliq via the Admin Panel.

• Click on Rooms & Devices under Resource Management module.

• You will now see three options in Rooms & Devices — Branches, Rooms, and Devices.

• Branches are essentially your office campus, which can hold various buildings and rooms.

• Creating a branch is the first step in setting up your conference room.

• You can click on the three dots to add room, edit, and delete the branch.

• Rooms can be created after branches and buildings are set up.

• While creating a room, you can select the building and floor, provide a room name, choose the room type, define the seating capacity, and associate an already created device to the room.

• Click on Next once you have filled all the fields.

• Set credentials for your room — email, domain name and password and click Add.

• You have successfully created a room now. You can also add more rooms to a branch depending on how many licenses you have.

• Click on the three dots of a room to perform various actions — add a device, edit room, view details, hide and delete the room.

• You can add a device directly by clicking on Add Device.

• Alternatively, you can add a device from the Devices tab and associate it with a room.

• If you're associating the first device to a newly created room, create the room credentials to complete the association.

• Your device will now be added. You will have various options when you click on the three dots — Edit,  View Details, Dissociate Device and Delete.

How to register a device? 

• You can register a device to a room by clicking on the device name and then on the three dots.

• Select Register device to register the device to the room.

• The home screen will now appear on your meeting room device, allowing you to sign in and complete the setup using your Zoho Cliq account.

• Enter the code in the Admin Panel to register your meeting room device.

• You can also sign in using the credentials while creating the room.

• You will now be signed in to Zoho Cliq Rooms.

• You have various options here — Meet Now, Sign Out, Refresh and Settings.

• Click on Meet Now to start a meeting instantly.

• The meeting will start. You will have various options that you can perform in the Cliq Rooms meeting screen — Add Participants, Raise Hand, Lock Meeting and Meeting Configurations.

• You also have the meeting options just like in Cliq — Mic on/off, Camera on/off, Reactions, End Call and More.

• You can also increase or decrease the volume from this screen.

• You can schedule meetings in Cliq, which will be listed here.

• Once the meeting is done, you can Sign Out from Cliq Rooms.

• Your devices will be invalidated once you sign out.

Note: Only the organization admin can sign out.
