How can an admin configure quick actions for mobile access in Cliq?
You can configure what quick actions your org users can perform when they long press the mobile app.
To configure quick actions, do the following:
Navigate to the Admin Panel and go to Configurations.
Select Mobile Access and enable the Quick Actions toggle button and select Configure to select the actions to be added in quick actions.
Drag and drop options to the preview for adding it to your Android or iOS app.
Click on Save for the changes to be reflected. When you long press the Cliq app icon in your mobile, this is how the quick actions appear.
You can add the following options that are available to quick actions:
Quick chat
You can start chat with your contacts using the quick chat option. You will also find the start group chat and start meeting option.
Change status
This option will help you change your Cliq status with default or custom statuses.
Global search
You can instantly search for users, channels, chats, bots, department, threads and messages using the global search.
Do not disturb
This option helps to enable the DND mode.
Frequently contacted user(available only for Android)
All your frequently contacted users list will appear. You can start a call or send a message.
New meeting
This option will start a meeting and you will have to add participants to the meeting.
New event
Quickly start a face-to-face, audio or video meeting using this option.
Unread chats
All the chats you haven't read yet will be displayed here.
Switch account
If you have multiple accounts, the other accounts will be listed and you can switch between them instantly.
Scan QR(available only for Android)
This option helps you scan the QR code generated in Cliq's form view handler.

Note:
To remove a quick action, select the cross mark (x) and to add a quick action, drag and drop the desired quick action to the preview.
The maximum limit you can add is 4 tabs.
