How can an admin enable message translation in Cliq?
An admin can enable message translation for the organization by doing the following:
Navigate to the Admin Panel and select Configurations under Organization. Select Conversations module and go to Message Translation. You can enable/disable if you want Cliq to translate when a user sends messages.
You can choose between Zia- Zoho's AI assistant or Google Translator to translate messages.
You must purchase Google Translator, which includes an API key, to make it the source for translation. Enter the API key and then select Allow.
Note:
When you enable Google Translator, the content of the messages will be sent to Google for translation.
Users can select which translation mode they want to translate messages.
Zia helps translate a total of 54 languages.
