How to add user fields?

You can create a user custom field by the following steps:
  1. Click your contact image and navigate to Admin Panel.
  2. Under Customization, select User Fields.
  3. You will find the default user fields with a lock icon. To create your own user field, click on the Add Field button or drag and drop a field to the user fields list.

  1. If you click on Add Field, you will find a pop-up where you can enter the following details - Name and Field Type.
  2. You will find three checkboxes available below the Field Type.
  • Mark as mandatory - Checking this box will make the user field a mandatory one and the user will have to provide a value for it.
  • Allow users to edit - Checking this box will give permission to the user to make changes and edit the values.
  • Mark as PII or ePHI field - Checking this box will enable user to mark this as a sensitive information that identifies an individual.

 

 

Note:

  • You can add up to 10 custom user fields in Cliq.
  • Custom user fields are available only in the paid version of Cliq.
