User fields are used to enter information about a user's profile that can be viewed by other members of the organization.
To view and edit the user fields, do the following:
- Navigate to Admin Panel.
- Under Customization, select User Fields.
- There are two types of user fields - Default User Fields and Custom Fields.
- Default user fields are inbuilt and are provided to all Cliq users, whereas custom fields can be created by the admin.

Note:
Default user fields have a lock symbol that distinguishes them from custom fields.
Admin can edit the name of the default user field but cannot enable/disable or delete it.
There are 15 default user fields available in Cliq and 10 custom user fields that you can create.
If an org has integrated with Zoho People all the profile information will be fetched from People. Configurations made in Zoho People will only be reflected in the profile.
