How can an admin view the audit logs in Zoho Cliq?

To view the audit logs in Zoho Cliq, do the following:
  1. Navigate to the Admin Panel and select Audit Logs under Data Administration.
  1. Here, you will be able to view all the activities performed by a user in a tabular view.
  1. The tabular view displays the date and time of the activity, what the activity was, who performed it, and more information about the activity, such as channel name, etc.

You can perform the following actions to view the audit logs:
  • Search: Use the search bar to look for a specific activity in the table.
  • Filter: You can choose to view only the admin activities or all user activities by using the filter feature. Using the custom filter you can customize based on selected users, channels or even modules to view the logs of.
     
  • Date: Use drop-down menus to filter based on the date—Today, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, and Custom Date. Using custom date, you may choose the day you wish to view the activity for. You can choose dates from any prior month using custom date, but the duration is limited to 30 days.
  • Export: An admin can also export the activity report and view the export history. When an admin selects New Export, a confirm export form appears where you will have to choose the security of the file, whether it should be password protected or encrypted, enter the password for the file and also choose the file format.
